During my years working on the frontline alongside paramedics, I saw first hand, that trained first aiders played a vital role in saving lives. From delivering critical early CPR to relaying essential medical information before the ambulance arrives. Bystander intervention transforms ordinary people into real life heroes.
Having managed everything from road traffic collisions and cardiac arrests to severe burns, seizures, broken bones, and acute mental health crises, I know that seconds count. Sadly, there simply are not enough confident, well trained first aiders in our communities. I founded VitalVibe to change that, because whether at home, in schools, or at work, more trained first aiders means more lives saved.

Fun, practical, and confidence building learning
First aid training should never feel intimidating or dry. At VitalVibe, we firmly believe that if you are not smiling and laughing, you are not truly absorbing the material. While we adhere strictly to official curriculum standards, we are never trapped behind a PowerPoint slide. We focus on the practical, hands-on side of emergency care, tailoring every session to the unique individuals in the room. Our trainers build instant rapport, do not take themselves too seriously, and keep course sizes capped at a maximum of 12 delegates so everyone receives personal attention, gets fully involved, and leaves feeling confident and capable.
Certified expertise and continuous learning
When you train with VitalVibe, you are learning from genuine frontline practitioners. Every single trainer must hold a minimum of FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3 / Advanced First Aid) and possess verifiable hands-on emergency experience—including performing real-life CPR, treating severe trauma, and handling medical crises. VitalVibe continuously invests in advanced learning and refresher certifications for our instructional team. Nothing is more rewarding than hearing back from a former student, teacher, or worker sharing how our training gave them the courage to take charge and save a life in a real-world emergency.
